Can I give a -5? Saks Fifth Avenue is AWFUL to deal with.
9/18/22 - I placed an order on May 18,2022. At first, it said that order was delivered, but then the t-force tracking said it was lost. I have called Saks 5 times about this, each time, they give me a case #, tell me that t-force shows it was sent to sender and that I should get a refund. Weeks go by and no refund. I call and the rep tells me that the case was escalated but got declined. Why would it get declined if I never received the order or the refund? This is literally the same conversation each time. I'm on hold now because today's rep, Brianda, told me my request was declined, I go thru the same thing for the 6th time, she creates a case # and tells me it will get escalated. I think Saks' strategy is for customers to get tired and drop it. The amount is not worth all this effort, but now it's just principal for me. They are awful people and I will never stray from Nordstrom again.

—000 stars, unprofessional, No Knowledge, not understanding
I had to call 7 times To customer service just to get my gift card balance back after saks canceled my order because of inventory reasons. What is no one and sex that can help me. Customer service is useless as it gets. All they tell me is the department that does the gift card are internal and I cannot speak with them. It's been over 2 months and I'm on the phone with them again. With the prices that Saks fifth Avenue charges, maybe they could spend some of that money getting some knowledgeable customer service people to help their customers. Waste of my time and money.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. Horrible communication on the phone all the time. They can't resolve the problem with my return since August 10.2022. I'M calling them almost every day and asking to return my money for my order and no luck as of now.

Order 296501885 I made two orders lately it’s fxxking ridiculous and I filmed the full open box videos and took photos to prove! They sent me balenciaga shoes with different colour and the right side has some scratches that clearly damaged. And I also bought a US1339.2 Alexander McQueen skirt they fxxking sent the skirt with security tag tagged in the center front of the dress which linked couple layers of silk fabric damn! All they did is ignored my emails so I open dispute in Amex

DO not attempt to get your money if your return was processed as a merchandise credit. Saks will send you a paper merchandise credit card that the pin number cannot be pulled off of to use. Their response is to send in the MAIL another PAPER merchandise paper card in 10-14 days!! This is 2022. Have your heard of digital!

Wrong Purse sent
I purchased the Marc Jacobs mini tote bag in the black leather after it was out of stock it came back in stock and I wanted to purchase it at Saks because I get the $50 Amex platinum credit if not I could of gone to any of the other options like the actual store here in Vegas to purchase it. I ordered it and I was so excited shipping took a week just to open the box and it be another black MJ bag that was not even close to the one I had purchased. If they did not have in it stock I am not sure why they had it on the website but they could have just refunded me and not assume that is what I wanted. I contacted customer service for them to hopefully be like we apologize will get the correct one out to you and just sent it back or return in store but no they weren't apologetic and just sent me a return shipping label. I also ordered a Balmain shirt last month and the way they shipped that shirt was bad specially after it being a $500 shirt that the bag came half ripped. I have received better packaged items from Poshmark. I should have known then that they do not care about their customer service. I have had way better service at Neiman and will take my business there instead.

Unfortunately Saks Fifth Avenue has the worst customer service of any department store. I had one instance where they claimed that the dress I returned had some type of animal hair on it and stated they would not accept the return. I explained that this was absolutely impossible. I merely tried on the dress, it didn't fit and I sent it back. I was shocked by their response. I had to fight with them for several weeks before they agreed to do the return. The latest situation was an item I purchased and I noticed they reduced the price the day I received the item but I was charged the higher price. I requested a price adjustment but they would not agree to it. I explained I had just received the item that day, but they refused. I sent no less than 6 emails to various customer service emails and only got canned response that we will get back to you, but no one ever did. I will no longer purchase anything from Saks. Nordstrom's and Neiman's have far better customer service and value their shoppers. Saks could care less.

Wrong shoe in box
Omg. My husband ordered him a pair of gucci sneakers… surprisingly these black gentlemen boots came in the box instead. Some action must be taking. Someone has to be held accountable for this seriously they don't check inside boxes before they ship the product. I On the positive side I spoke to customer representative and they said that they will resolve the issue within 72hrs

I shop at Saks and am rated a 5-star buyer; at a friend's suggestion, I used the services of Mary Kay Johnson Fifth Avenue Club Consultant in San Francisco, CA, and had a very disappointing experience. I found her to be very pushy and more determined to make a massive sale despite the items she suggested not being the correct size, not suiting me, and when I told her I did not like what she was choosing, she was pretty offhand. She did not know who I was. I prefer to remain anonymous before I trust a personal shopper.
